Shille is an independent creator community platform launched by Poster Boy Art Studios Pvt. Ltd.

By participating in any Shille programs, creators acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and based on mutual creative interest. Shille acts solely as a facilitation and community platform for creation, collaboration, and showcase. Unless explicitly agreed upon through a separate formal agreement, participation in Shille programs does not create any legal partnership, employment, joint venture or contractual obligation between Shille, Poster Boy Art Studios Pvt. Ltd., and participating creators.

All programs, selections, showcases, stipends, partnerships, opportunities and platform activities are subject to the sole discretion of Shille. The company reserves the right to modify, pause, reject, discontinue or withdraw any program, creator participation or offering at any time without prior notice.

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Personal information shared during Let’s Shille on-boarding program 
  • The originality and ownership of their work for Shille bounce, cut and showcase which includes obtaining permissions, licenses and handling any agreements made independently with other collaborators.

 

Let’s Shille program is currently open to only a select number of creators –  registration does not guarantee selection. Howerver, the information and data provided by creators during registration will be securely maintained for one year and may be used for communication regarding Let’s Shille opportunities, updates, events, and collaborations. The first edition of Let’s Shille will be conducted in Bengaluru, hence the creators are required to have a working knowledge of Kannada or English to ensure smooth communication throughout the program.

Shille shall not be held liable for disputes, losses, claims, damages or disagreements arising between participating creators, collaborators or third parties. By engaging with Shille, creators confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the terms.

Shille Bounce is a collaborative creators platform where storytellers and artists across filmmaking disciplines can pitch, discuss, develop and collaborate on films and creative projects.

The idea is simple:

  • Narrate/Listen to stories

Anyone working in or exploring storytelling and filmmaking can participate, including:

  • Writer
  • Director
  • Actor
  • Editor
  • Cinematographer/ DOP
  • Executive/Line Producer
  • Music Composer/Sound Designer
  • Color/Animation/AI Artist
  • Graphic Designer
  • Marketer & PR 
  • Student 
  • Independent creator

Both experienced professionals and emerging creators are welcome.

Creators can submit:

  • Story ideas
  • Scripts
  • Concepts
  • Visual treatments
  • Moodboards
  • Pitch decks
  • Incomplete projects
  • Experimental ideas

The platform then enables creators to:

  • Discuss ideas
  • Find collaborators
  • Build teams
  • Develop projects together
  • Receive creative feedback

Shille facilitates the ecosystem and creator interactions.

No. Shille Bounce is primarily a creative collaboration platform. While selected projects may later receive support, visibility or production opportunities through Shille or associated partners, participation does not guarantee funding, production, distribution and release.

Creators retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed through independent written agreements between collaborators.

Shille does not claim ownership over submitted ideas, scripts or concepts.

However, creators are advised to:

  • Share responsibly
  • Register scripts where necessary
  • Enter written agreements with collaborators wherever required 

Shille does not automatically enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for submissions or discussions. Creators sharing sensitive or confidential material are encouraged to take independent legal precautions if required.

Projects may be developed remotely or physically depending on creator preference and project requirements. But, currently, Shille is open only for creators in and around Bengaluru or willing to travel.

No. Any financial arrangements between collaborators are independently managed by the creators involved unless officially facilitated through a separate written agreement by Poster Boy Art Studios Pvt. Ltd.

No. Submission to Shille Bounce does not guarantee production, funding, release or distribution.

Absolutely. Shille strongly encourages students and first-time filmmakers.

Participation structures may vary depending on programs. Any applicable fee or registration information will be clearly communicated in advance.

No. While Shille aims to support meaningful visibility and creator discovery, audience reach and performance cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. All collaborations are voluntary unless creators independently enter formal contractual agreements. Shille encourages transparent communication and professionalism among collaborators.

No. Shille serves as a facilitation platform and is not liable for independent disputes, agreements, payments or conflicts between creators.

Yes. Lets Shille welcomes creators from all language backgrounds. However, since the inaugural edition will be held in Bengaluru, participants must be able to communicate in Kannada or English for effective participation in sessions, networking, and collaborations.

Shille Cut is a program where creators come together to conceptualize, create and complete films within creative limitations or challenge-based conditions. 

Shille Cut is not just about making a film. It celebrates the journey of creation.

It is about:

Some details may be shared beforehand while certain creative prompts or restrictions may only be revealed during the program.
This is intended to encourage spontaneity and creative adaptability.

The duration may vary depending on the edition.

Specific timelines will be communicated for each edition.

Shille will retain rights to showcase, promote or feature films. 

Unless explicitly stated for a particular edition, participants are responsible for their own:

  • Travel
  • Accommodation
  • Food
  • Equipment
  • Production logistics

Yes. Students and emerging filmmakers are highly encouraged to participate.

Yes. By participating, creators will grant permission for Shille to document and showcase:

  • Behind-the-scenes moments
  • Creator interactions
  • Process videos
  • Interviews
  • Promotional content

No. Applications may be shortlisted based on:

  • Creative fit
  • Team structure
  • Program capacity & requirements
  • Platform discretion

No. Shille serves as a facilitation platform and is not liable for independent disputes, agreements, payments or conflicts between creators.

Shille Showroom is a program to showcase films, series, shows or any content. 

No. All films undergo internal review and curation. Submission does not guarantee showcase, release, promotion or distribution.

Creators retain ownership of their films unless separate agreements are executed. However, Shille may request limited rights to showcase & market the content through official Shille channels.

No. Revenue/commercials if applicable will be communicated separately through formal agreements.

Yes. Shille actively encourages student films and emerging filmmakers to submit their work.

No. Shille may provide feedback or suggestions for:

  • Presentation

Creators hold creative control unless otherwise agreed.

No, not until an year from the release. The content will be exclusive to Shille showcase platform

Removal requests later may be reviewed depending on:

Yes. Brands and creative partners may collaborate for:

  • Sponsored showcases
  • Branded storytelling/Campaigns
  • Film support initiatives

All collaborations are subject to platform discretion.

Selected projects may receive support or guidance for festival submissions. However, festival placement is not guaranteed.

No. Audience engagement and visibility depend on multiple external factors. Shille focuses on meaningful positioning and creator discovery rather than guaranteed metrics.
